Which vaccinations do I need?
We can’t give out medical advice, but the W.H.O do have some recommended vaccinations for people travelling to Italy. They are hepatitis A, hepatitis B, rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis), chickenpox, shingles, pneumonia and influenza.
Am I travelling to a Malarial area?
There is no risk of malaria in Italy.
What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
You’ll need a degree of fitness for the cycling activity, although this isn’t strenuous. Generally, you’ll just need to be able to walk around the cities.
