Let’s not beat around the bush, you need to be ‘moderately fit’ to be able to participate in all Flashpacking activities, i.e. able to walk and give things a good go.

Some activities are more challenging than others so you might be a sweaty mess at the end of the day and you’ll definitely feel like you’ve been challenged, but if you have the right mindset we guarantee you’ll love it.

You can filter our adventures by trip style. 'Most challenging' will give you trips that you will need a higher fitness level than 'Most challenging'. You can also look out for the adventure rating (1 - 5) on each trip.
