Do I need to pay the total cost upfront?
If you book more than three months in advance you will only have to pay the deposit to make a booking. The final balance is due 3 months before departure and therefore if you book within this time you will have to pay the full price to complete your booking.
Are domestic flights and transfers included in the cost?
Yes, any travel needed to be taken during the trip will be included in the cost.
When is my balance due?
The balance is due three months before departure.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay through instalments either online or over the phone. Either way, full payment will be due 3 months before your trip departs.
Can I pay on different credit cards?
Yes but you have to pay in the same currency as your deposit payment. We also do not charge any credit card fees.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payments from VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Apple Pay.
Can I have an extension on the 90-day deadline?
No, however, if you are in tricky situation please give us a call and we will try our best to see if we can do anything to help.
Why is my booking online showing I still owe X amount?
For some reason, our accounts still believe you owe us that balance. If you believe it to be wrong or do not understand the charges associated with your booking please get in touch.
