Do I need to pay the total cost upfront?
To book a place on any trip we require a small deposit unless the trip is 45 days before departure where the full balance will be required.
Your full balance is required 45 days before the start date to secure your place on a trip. If you are booking onto a non-guaranteed trip, your full balance will, of course, be refunded or transferred to another departure should the trip not go ahead. If for any reason your trip is cancelled by us due to an FCO decision, we will refund you 100% of your payment.

Are domestic flights and transfers included in the cost?
Yes, any travel needed to be taken during the trip will be included in the cost.
Can I pay on different credit cards?
Yes, but you will have to pay in the same currency. We also do not charge any credit card fees.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payments from VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Maestro, JCB & American Express.
