How is this country's ability to cater for vegans/vegetarians/celiacs?
There will be some great vegetarian or vegan options for you to enjoy which our guide will help you order, there may well be one or two more bland options in one or two places where there are less tourists but we will make sure you get something. Please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements so we can inform our team and guide beforehand.
I have allergies, will these be catered for?
Yes, However please make sure our happiness team is aware of your allergies before you arrive so that we can inform the right people on the adventure.

No, unfortunately our tap water is not reliable. But we make sure that most of our hotels have free drinking water for you to refill your water bottles. Also, you will see that some sites have Eco filters, this is a healthy drinking water.
I don't drink alcohol; will this trip be full of drinking?
There will be times when we might go to a cool bar or have a beer but there will always be non-alcoholic options available too.
Will the cooking class cater to my diet/allergies?
If your diet is vegetarian it is possible to have your lunch without meat. The cooking class offers mainly Pepian (Guatemala’s favourite local dish), it is a traditional food made up of chile güaque, chile passes, ounces of sesame, ounces of pepitoria, garlic cloves, onion, coriander, tomatoes, miltomates, potatoes, güisquil, Green beans, Salt and meat or chicken or vegetarian.
If you cannot have the Pepian, let us know so we can ask for a special menu or lunch box.
