What's the weather like? General overview but also please detail for each month of the year
Although Iceland’s climate is subarctic, it is more temperate than you would expect. During summer, the temperatures can peak into the 25-30 degrees Celsius, whilst in winter they can drop to a freezing -30 degrees Celsius in the north. The weather can be quite unpredictable and can change very quickly so come prepared with lots of layers for warmth!
There is nearly 24 hours of daylight in the summer and almost no daylight in the winter.
