What time do the activities start on each day?
The exact details of your activities will be given to you on our app before your adventure, however your pack leader will always confirm the details with you locally as the timings may change depending on the weather conditions.

Yes, however, we would recommend that you miss out on the canyoning experience at Wadi Mujib and the evening swim in the Dead Sea.
Do I need hiking boots?
Yes, we have some amazing treks on this adventure but you will need to bring good hiking boots.
What clothing is recommended for the treks?
It really depends on the weather on that day, make sure you are comfortable walking long distances in the clothes and that you have something to protect you from the sun. It is also very important you bring water with you.
What do I need to carry with me on the treks?
Make sure you bring water, some sugary snacks for energy, a camera and sun protection.
What is the difficulty level of the treks?
We have two large treks in this adventure, one in Dana Nature Reserve and one in Petra, both treks are between 10 - 20km and it can be quite hot during the middle of the day. Therefore make sure you are comfortable going on long walks before you arrive in Amman.
What is the gradient of the treks?
The first section of the Dana Nature Reserve trek is quite steep but you are descending into the valley before it flattens out. There are quite a few steps in Petra but it should not be too steep.
How long does each trek take?
Dana : 3 - 5 hours
Mujib canyoning: 2 - 3 hours
Petra Trek: 5 - 7 hours
Will water be provided?

Is there changing facilities near the canyoning?
Yes and our hotel is very nearby.
Is the canyoning difficult?
The canyoning is challenging and will require teamwork, however helmets are provided and we will not do this experience if the water levels are at a dangerous level. Anyone who is mobile and has a sense of adventure will love this experience.
