What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
This is an intensive hike, geared towards those who have some basic hiking experience already. We trek for two days with the second day being the hardest as we will likely be walking for approximately 10 hours. The guide will be there to help and we will have plenty of time to stop and have some mint tea and local snacks.
Hiking at altitude can be difficult and very different from hiking at sea level. If this is your first hike at altitude, we recommend that you have a fitness level where you can run or swim at sea level before booking
