What time do the activities start on each day?
This will depend on the itinerary for the day, but generally after breakfast. Your guide will decide the exact time based on their experience.
How long is each activity?
This may vary according to the activity, however the app will give you a rough idea of how long each activity is and your guide is there to advise locally.
What shoes should I wear for the trek?
Hiking boots are recommended, but not essential, you should have sturdy, comfortable, closed shoes that support your ankles.
It’s a good idea that they’re not brand new, you don’t want to be breaking in shoes on your hike, that’s the fastest way to blisters.
What clothing is recommended for the trek?
Lightweight cotton clothing, that covers you from the sun, sunglasses and a hat.
What do I need to carry with me on the trek?
You will need to carry your day-pack which should include, sunscreen, lip balm, sun-hat, sun-glasses, water bottle, camera, battery and a light rain jacket.
What is the difficulty level of the trek?
In general, the trek is relatively easy, the most difficult thing will be the exposure in the sun, so make sure to cover up and carry some water.
Will it be cold in the desert/Atlas Mountains?
Day time in the desert will be hot and without any shade, it’s imperative to have protection from the sun by wearing hats, sunscreen, long sleeves and loose fitting trousers. Without the sun the evenings will be quite chilly, so having a thin insulated jacket will be helpful.
I’ve never surfed before, will there be an instructor for beginners?
No problem, there’ll be an instructor to show you step-by-step how to conquer the waves. Most of the group will likely be beginners.
Will wetsuits be provided?
Yes, wetsuit hire is included in the price of the trip.
If I choose not to do the yoga class, is there an alternative activity?
Yes, you could opt for an indulgent spa treatment or your guide can suggest other activities in the area or great locations to visit. The spa treatment will be paid for locally.
Can I go Scuba diving in Morocco?
We don't offer Scuba diving in Morocco. It's not popular on Moroccan coastlines due to bad visibility on both the North Atlantic and Mediterranean sides.
