What should I pack?
Although a thorough packing list will be available on your app before you depart, you should have lightweight cotton clothes.
And as Morocco is a muslim country we encourage our Flashpackers to dress respectfully, covering knees and shoulders would be very appreciated but Moroccans, but as they are used to receiving foreigners and understand the cultural differences it’s not a must on this trip.
What items do I need to purchase that are not part of an everyday wardrobe?
You won’t need anything out of the ordinary for this trip, make sure to bring some protection from the sun and if you are on our Mount Toubkal adventure you will need some hiking boots.
What's the luggage allowance?
One large bag and a day bag should be okay, but please check with your airline when booking flights.
Can I bring a suitcase or do I need a backpack?
Suitcases as well as backpacks are accepted on the minibus, please try and limit yourself to one large bag if possible though.
What plugs are used, do I need to bring a travel adaptor?
For Morocco, there are two associated plug types, type C and E, which are the standard used throughout most of mainland Europe. You’ll need an adaptor if you come from a country that doesn’t use that system.
What happens to my luggage in between excursions?
Where activities fall on days where there is no hotel change, your luggage should be left in your hotel room. On the day of a hotel change, the luggage is left securely in the minibus with the driver.
