Let’s not beat around the bush, you need to be ‘moderately fit’ to be able to participate in all Flashpacking activities, i.e. able to walk and give things a good go. All our trips involve some physical activities that help you really experience the destination rather than just ticking off sites. Some activities are more challenging than others so you might be a sweaty mess at the end of the day and you’ll definitely feel like you’ve been challenged, but if you have the right mindset we guarantee you’ll love it.
