Which airport do I need to fly into?
You’ll begin your adventure in the unique and world-famous city of Venice. The main airport in Venice is Marco Polo Airport (VCE), and this is where you’ll be met by your arrival transfer, so we recommend flying into this airport.
Which airport do I need to depart from?
After you’ve recharged your batteries in the rolling Prosecco Hills, you’ll be heading back to beautiful Venice. We recommend that you fly out from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE).
By what time should my flight arrive?
You should aim to arrive no later than 11.30 am on day 1. This will allow a bit of time for any delays, as you’ll be picked up at 12 pm from Marco Polo Airport.
The winery tour will start at 1.30 pm, and unfortunately, it will not be possible to delay the tour. We, therefore, recommend that you leave plenty of time for delays when booking your flight. Alternatively, you could arrive in Venice a day early and soak in even more of the wonderful culture!
What time should my flight depart on the last day?
We suggest that you book a flight that departs after 6 pm on day 3. Our activities will finish at 3 pm and the transfer time to Marco Polo Airport will be around 30 minutes, so please bear this in mind when booking flights!
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Unfortunately, delays happen - that’s part of travelling. We recommend contacting your Pack Leader as soon as possible using the contact details that you will be provided with.
You can also use the WhatsApp group to stay in touch with your Flash Pack group if you are delayed.
