What fitness levels do I need for this trip?

Do I need to be able to swim or ride a bike?
Due to the water activities on this trip, we only recommend this adventure to people who are comfortable in the water.

If I cannot ride a bike/swim what can I do whilst the others ride/swim?
The scenery will be stunning around the canyons, so there will be plenty to see if you’re not taking part in the body-rafting. Your Pack Leader will be able to offer you their recommendations and expert local tips.
How long is each of the treks?
You’ll need a comfortable pair of shoes during the trekking on this trip. The hike will take between 2 and 3 hours and will lead you past some stunning Sicilian views!
