What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
All of the outdoor activities will be suitable for beginners, so only a moderate level of fitness is required.
Do I need to be able to swim or ride a bike?
Due to the water activities on this trip, we only recommend this adventure to people who are comfortable in the water. Please get in touch with one of our friendly team members if you’re unsure whether this is the trip for you.
If I cannot ride a bike/swim what can I do whilst the others ride/swim?
If you don’t feel comfortable swimming, don’t worry! Your friendly Pack Leader will be able to suggest alternative arrangements. Please get in touch with one of our friendly team members if you’re unsure whether this is the trip for you.
How long is each of the treks?
The length of the hikes on this trip varies between short 2 hour hikes and full day treks. Some of the treks will be easy, such as the hike around the Moon Valley, whilst others will be more difficult, such as Base Torres, which is about 18km in length.
