Which airport do I need to fly into?
Your Icelandic journey begins in the capital, Reykjavík. We recommend flying into the country’s largest airport, Keflavík International Airport (KEF).
Which airport do I need to depart from?
After an unforgettable 5 days, you’ll be leaving Iceland from Reykjavík so we recommend departing from Keflavík International Airport (KEF).
By what time should my flight arrive?
We recommend that your flight lands at Keflavík International Airport no later than 4:00 pm. The welcome meeting will be at 6:30 pm, so it’s worth leaving some extra time if you want to settle into your room and get refreshed beforehand.
What time should my flight depart on the last day?
We recommend booking a flight no earlier than 4.30 pm on the final day. After chilling out in the world-famous Blue Lagoon, there will be a group airport transfer that will arrive at Keflavík Airport at 2:30 pm. Make sure you leave enough time to catch your flight!
Alternatively, if you’d like to book an extra day to explore Iceland further, please get in touch with one of our Flash Pack advisors.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your transfer ticket into Reykjavik will be valid at all times, so you will have no problem getting to the hotel if you are delayed.
We recommend contacting your Pack Leader as soon as possible using the contact details that you will be provided with.
You can also use the WhatsApp group to stay in touch with your Flash Pack group if you are delayed.
