I am a runner, can I run each morning?
Yes, Iceland is a very safe country for runners. It does get dark during the evenings in May and September, so we recommend asking you Pack Leader for running advice and directions.
Any safety recommendations?
There will be a list of packing suggestions in the Tineri app that we will send in advance of your trip. Dressing for the weather is important in Iceland because it’s so unpredictable!
We would recommend that you bring a copy of your passport with you, and store it in a safety box.
Please make sure that you keep a bottle of water with you to avoid dehydration and to help reduce our plastic footprint.
Finally, messaging your Pack Leader with where you’re going will be very helpful in case of an emergency.
