I am a runner, can I run each morning?
Yes, you can definitely run in the morning and it's safe to do so. Amsterdam’s beautiful parks make incredible running routes. Your Pack Leader will be able to suggest the best running spots.
Any safety recommendations?
We would recommend that you bring a copy of your passport with you, and store it in a safety box.
Please make sure that you keep a bottle of water with you to avoid dehydration and to help reduce our plastic footprint.
Finally, messaging your Pack Leader with where you’re going will be very helpful in case of an emergency.
