What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
All of the outdoor activities will be suitable for beginners, so only a moderate level of fitness is required.
If I cannot ride a bike/swim what can I do whilst the others ride/swim?
Canada is blessed with stunning natural beauty, and one of the best ways to take in the scenery is by following a hiking trail. Your Pack Leader will have more information on the best ones in the local area - just ask!
Do I need to be able to swim or ride a bike?
Due to the water activities on this trip, we only recommend this adventure to people who are comfortable in the water. Nevertheless, life jackets will be provided and there will be an expert leader present at all times.

How long is each of the treks?
This will vary, but your Pack Leader will organise the very best hikes based on the condition of the trails and the group’s capabilities. You’re bound to see some breathtaking scenery!
