What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
All of the outdoor activities will be suitable for beginners, so only a moderate level of fitness is required. There is, however, plenty of exercise on this adventure such as hiking and climbing, so if you’d like to discuss fitness with a Trip Expert, please get in touch.
If I cannot ride a bike/swim what can I do whilst the others ride/swim?
If you are not taking part in the snorkel activity, you’ll be able to relax on the beach or kick back and float around with a life jacket on.
How long is each of the treks?
On day 3 you will be hiking around the stunning Khao Sok National Park. The hike will be approximately 5km and will be following mostly flat terrain.
