What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
You will only need a moderate level of fitness for this trip as there’s not much physical excursion. If you have any questions about the activities on this adventure, please get in touch with one of our friendly Trip Experts.
Do I need to be able to swim or ride a bike?
The only water based activity is the raft-paddling down the Zambezi. If you are not able to swim, we wouldn’t recommend that you take part in this activity. Your Pack Leader will be able to make alternative suggestions for you, should you wish.
How long is each of the treks?
This trip is not focussed on trekking, however, on the tour of Victoria Falls, you will cover approximately 2 to 3 kms on foot. The terrain is fairly flat, but please let one of our Trip Experts know if you are unsure whether you will be able to take part in this activity.
