What fitness levels do I need for this trip?
All of the outdoor activities will be suitable for beginners, so only a moderate level of fitness is required. There is, however, plenty of exercise on this adventure such as hiking and climbing, so if you’d like to discuss fitness with a Trip Expert, please get in touch.
Do I need to be able to swim or ride a bike?
There will be a cycling activity on this journey, but you are not obliged to take part in this. Your group is likely to spend some time swimming, but you can chill out and grab yourself a drink by the pool.
If I cannot ride a bike/swim what can I do whilst the others ride/swim?
Your Pack Leader will be able to suggest other local activities if you are unable to take part in the cycling activity. Alternatively, you could join the activity and ride in the support vehicle.
